Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Travel Manager to join one of our leading travel management companies. The Corporate Travel Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of corporate travel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the travel industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate travel policies and procedures to streamline travel operations and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel service providers to secure competitive rates and services.
  • Oversee the end-to-end travel booking process, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
  • Monitor travel expenses and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality and traveler satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to corporate travelers regarding travel policies, booking tools, and travel-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel technology advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize travel processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR, to align travel policies with company objectives and integrate travel data into financial reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel requirements, and proactively offering tailored travel solutions.
  • Handle travel-related emergencies, including rebooking flights, arranging alternative accommodations, and providing timely assistance to travelers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of travel service providers to ensure high service standards and address any issues or concerns.

 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Certification in Travel Management is a plus.

·        Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Manager or in a similar role.

·        In-depth knowledge of corporate travel processes, policies, and industry trends.

·        Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

·        Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in travel management software and tools.

·        Analytical skills to interpret travel data and generate insights.

·        Flexibility to handle travel-related emergencies outside of regular office hours.

·        Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
