Responsibilities:
The Tourism Operations handles the organization and coordination of tour programs within Saudi Arabia through specialized teams: product development, contracting, pricing, and field/office follow-up — ensuring a seamless guest experience, has direct oversight over an integrated team that includes operations coordinators, the product development officer, and the contracting officer, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of all tour programs. 1. Managing the team and assigning daily tasks.
2. Reviewing the readiness of confirmed files and verifying all operational details.
3. Following up on coordination with service providers.
4. Overseeing product development and updates in collaboration with the officer responsible.
5. Monitoring contracts and ensuring that active agreements cover all programs.
6. Handling any emergencies during the execution of tour programs.
7. Ensuring that file statuses are continuously updated in the tracking system.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of tourism operation experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong skills in planning, organization, leadership, and communication.
