Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Ticketing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel Industry, specifically within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate travel bookings, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the Airlines and service providers in the Saudi market.
• Handle inquiries related to travel packages, itineraries, and ticketing.
• Ensure compliance with Airline policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in resolving any Ticketing issues that may arise.
• Advise the head of marketing re strategies and new initiatives to develop income streams.
• Contribute to the planning of marketing campaigns, market research and audience development strategy.
• Work collaboratively with the insight & data manager to ensure that the appropriate reporting and data analysis is in place to inform and identify sales and audience development strategies.  

Qualifications:

• Residents of Riyadh only.
• Maximum age 25 years is a must.
• Valid Driving license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing reservations, with a focus on the Saudi market. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of booking systems and ticketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
