*Job Description:*

 

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Ticketing, Hotels, and Visas Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing airline ticket booking services, hotel accommodations, and managing visa procedures to meet customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.

 

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage airline ticket bookings and provide customers with multiple options based on their needs.

- Coordinate hotel bookings and ensure all customer requirements are met.

- Provide support and information regarding visa procedures, and prepare and submit the required documents to embassies.

- Follow up on visa applications and communicate with embassies and consulates for necessary updates.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and work to resolve them promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.

- Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive service to customers.

- Stay updated on travel and visa policies and procedures and adapt to any new changes.

 

*Requirements:*

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of previous experience in ticketing, hotel bookings, or visa services.

- Good knowledge of ticketing systems (such as Amadeus or Galileo).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.

- High organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
