Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Travel & Tours division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues to maintain high service standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 5- 7  years of experience in sales, with a focus on the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
