Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tours Operation Staff to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidates will assist in the execution of tour packages, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently and clients have a memorable experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations and ticketing services for various destinations.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues from clients.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers to confirm arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Assist in promoting tour packages and services to potential clients.
  • Provide support in the preparation of travel documents, such as visas and itineraries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth tour operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
