Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tour Operations Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our tour services, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising tour guides, coordinating with service providers, and managing logistical aspects of tours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of tour guides and travel consultants to ensure smooth tour operations.
• Assist in developing and managing tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of tour services, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers, such as hotels and transportation companies, to confirm arrangements and manage contracts.
• Monitor tour budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Provide training and support to tour guides to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and legal standards in all tour operations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote tour packages and increase bookings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide insights for improving tour operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
