Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tour Operation Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage tour operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of tour guides and travel consultants.
  • Plan and organize tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance tour experiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote tour packages and increase bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven experience in tour operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
