 Job Description:

 A leading provider of travel and tourism services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve the company's business objectives.

 Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans to target and acquire new clients in the travel and tourism sector
  • Managing and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team sales targets
  • Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to inform the company's sales strategies
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute sales-driven marketing campaigns
  • Negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Providing regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management
  • Fostering a positive, goal-oriented, and customer-centric sales culture within the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
  • Proficient in using sales management tools and CRM software
  • Thorough understanding of the Saudi Arabian travel and tourism market, regulations, and consumer behavior
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as needed
