Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management for our travel agency in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for leading HR strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Spearhead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning needs
  • Implement effective HR technology solutions and data analytics to drive informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and employment laws in Saudi Arabia
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the management team, providing HR-related insights and recommendations

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and innovations
