Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing personalized support and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and recommend tailored solutions
  • Manage client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports on client interactions and key performance metrics
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of customer success strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
