About the Role:

A leading travel and tourism company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Customer Support:

 

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and various communication channels in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our travel products, services, and policies to address customer concerns and queries
  • Assist customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements, such as flights, hotel reservations, and tour packages
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and to the customer's satisfaction

 

Booking and Reservation Management:

 

  • Utilize the company's booking systems and CRM tools to manage customer profiles, itineraries, and travel-related documentation
  • Process and confirm customer reservations, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of customer travel arrangements

 

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

 

  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the customer's travel experience
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as operations and finance, to address complex customer inquiries and find suitable solutions
  • Escalate and report unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisors or managers for further assistance

 

Administrative Support:

 

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions, bookings, and any follow-up actions
  • Assist with the preparation of customer invoices, travel vouchers, and other travel-related documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or travel-related role, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in utilizing travel industry software, booking systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written) is required
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian travel market and regulations is highly desirable
