Job Description:

A leading travel and tourism company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Tourism Manager to join their team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the operational efficiency and evolution of our Leisure, Wholesale, Corporate, and Conference segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative travel packages and products using the best deals from our principal suppliers and partners
• Develop detailed marketing materials, standardized quotations, and operational procedures to enhance our product offering
• Spearhead the development of one-stop-shop and best-buy guarantee concepts to give our company a competitive edge
• Source and partner with overseas service providers like tour operators, land transport, and airlines to expand our product portfolio
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
• Review and recommend updates to standard operating procedures to boost operational efficiency
• Evaluate team product knowledge and sales performance, providing training and support as needed
• Enable junior staff to resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and creative problem-solving
• Design and assess learning and development programs for travel consultants and assistants

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Intermediate or 'A' Level education
• IATA or Tourism Management Certification is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
