Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senir Travel Consultant to join one of our leader travel companies Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements. You will provide exceptional customer service, offer expert advice, and ensure that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

·        Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services

·        Understand clients' travel preferences and requirements to provide personalized recommendations and itineraries

·        Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments

·        Handle inquiries and provide prompt responses to client queries via phone, email, or in-person!

·        Collaborate with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate rates and secure bookings

·        Process bookings, payments, and necessary travel documents accurately and efficiently

·        Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the travel process

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

·        Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with expertise in using Amadeus and other GDS systems

·        Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role is required

·        In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel booking systems

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong sales and negotiation abilities

·        Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

·        Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

·        Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and travel booking software

·        Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
