Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Travel & Tours division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

        Global Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate & achieve growth in international markets. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate these markets. 

 

           Market Research: Conduct market research to understand market trends, local insights. Understand how our portfolio relates to target sales market.

 

           Lead sales funnel: Build client hitlist, reach out through diKerent channels to engage and receive sales orders.

 

           Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with clients on sales orders ensuring smooth fulfillment with the operations team.

 

           Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.

 

           Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, to secure proper marketing and financial support, while enhancing our portfolio assortment.

 

           Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in international markets.

           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

           Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.

 

           Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

 

           Qualifications:

           Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

 

           6+ years of experience in Saudi market, with a focus on the travel and tourism industry.

 

           Experience with Corporate companies in Saudi market.

           Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

 

           Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

 

           Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

 

           Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
